Crystal New York State MSIS Student sweet.c.m@gmail.com Elementary Lessons and NYS standards Hello everyone, A few weeks ago I wrote in about Interview Questions for an elementary position. I will post those results for those who asked or email them as soon as finals are over for me sometime after December 7th. Sorry life is crazy right now. I got a call back from the Superintendent of the school where I interviewed. I was just wondering what librarians in NYS have their lesson plans look like for the year for grades K-4. Just a general idea would be great and perhaps how information literacy standards and skills are integrated into the lessons. Not all have to deal with that however. I have a good feeling about this, but being a student I don't have really any established lesson plans or even know how the year usually progresses and what should be covered in what grade. If I get this job I'll probably start in January which leaves me very little time to become prepared so I'm a little nervous!!! Thanks everyone. I truly appreciate any help that someone could provide me with. -Crystal -------------------------------------------------------------------- Please note: All LM_NET postings are protected by copyright law.
