[LM_NET] TAR: Re-sensitizers

We have a Dialoc re-sensitizer that we've used for 3 years.  Yesterday it simply 
stopped working.  We've tried the usual things--new cord, different outlet, 
checking for loose wires, etc., but no luck.  I just about had a stroke when I saw 
the replacement cost.  My question is, have any of you guys had luck getting one 
repaired, and if so, did you send it off to the company or use someone locally?
