Believe it or not, Microsoft felt that this was a "low usage"
function, so it was removed---obviously without asking the educators
out there who DO use it; however, you can still add it back to the
Quick Access Toolbar for your personal use.

 Click the Office button, and click Word Options in the bottom edge of
the dropdown. Click the Customize tab. Set the "Choose commands from
"dropdown" to "All Commands". Select AutoSummary Tools from the list
and click the Add button.

[Between Vista and the Office 2007 package, I'm going crazy trying to
figure out where everything went!]
