[LM_NET] Reading Counts vs. AR

I am moving from a school that uses AR to a school that uses Reading Counts.  Can 
anyone tell me if the point values for books are similar?  I have teachers set 
individual goals for students and each student that achieves their goal is invited 
to a party each 9 weeks.  I give them a guideline to follow for the first 9 weeks 
based on student's levels.  I need to know if my goals should be the same with 
Reading Counts or higher or lower.
