Hannah, Divided by Adele Griffin is about a mathematically-gifted 13-year-old in 1934 who is given the chance to attend an elite girls' school. The protagonist suffers from OCD, which manifests itself in tapping and counting. It is an excellent story which paints a realistic picture of the time period.
