[LM_NET] Flip Video

So the Flip Video camera could be used for both Mac and PC video
projects but not as a Web cam.

Issue description 

Can the flip video be used as a Web cam? Whenever I plug the camera
into the computer I can't figure out a way to turn the camera on to see
a live image on my TV. 

I was wanting to use it for Skype or Yahoo Instant messaging.
