[LM_NET] Elem: book title needed

Hi everyone,
A former colleague emailed me this question, and I cannot help her.  Do any of you 
know the name of the book she's looking for?
"I'm trying to remember the title of a children's picture book and I thought it 
might ring a bell with you.It's about a shy girl who wants very much to go into a 
library that, I think, is set up in a bus.  Somehow she finally does go in and 
meeting the librarian is very important in her life.  I probably checked it out of 
the public library, but my search there as well as on Amazon has not been frutiful. 
 I'm not sure where I learned about it or whether the word library is in the title 
so it's hard to search any further.  
If you've read it, I know my sketchy information will ring a bell with you!"
