[LM_NET] Target: software or website to help art teacher

Hi, all.
My art teacher used to have an application on her old computer at a
different school. The computer is gone and she's not sure about the name of
the app. Here is what she remembers:
..." I remember it as Macromedia and it would enlarge photos.  Sections
of the photo would print out on different pieces of paper and then they
could put them together and assemble to make a poster size picture."
Can anyone suggest a current application or web 2.0 substitute?
