[LM_NET] Destiny

Dear fellow Destiny users,

I am wondering if any of you who have Follett's
Destiny have had the following problems and
frustrations with it:

When checking students out: if no id card & don't know
their number: need to manually go into the list to
choose last name(type in their name) or if they know
their id number to type it in & then click on go. And
make sure I have clicked in the box to put the cursor
back to I can  check out. Then to manually click on
RESET before the next transaction.I find this annoying
that between each patron  to manually use the mouse to
click on 'RESET', and repeat the above again.
  I find this annoying and time consuming when I have
many students to be checked out: To have to use the
mouse to click on renew;checkout; checkin. I don't
understand why they didn't use the Function keys to
switch around.
   We also can be checking in or out an item, and the
screen will switch over to the regular internet, With
a list of web sites to go to and sometimes we get a
STOP sign, and words about time has run out.
    Have anyone else with Destiny have these problems
or annoyances?
