[LM_NET] Who uses Genovation Key Pad?

Please help!  I recently purchased a number key pad from Genovation for the 
students to punch in their own patron number.  We also use the Destiny system.  I 
can't get the two to work together.  There was software for the 
keypad.....installed.  There was a test for the keypad.....it works.  In the 
circulation tab of Destiny, I cannot get the number to appear in the find field to 
find a patron with the keypad.  I've already checked, the number lock is not on.  
I've tried all the drop down menu choices to search by including barcode, district 
ID etc.  
 
Does anyone else use this specific brand of keypad and use it with Destiny?  Can 
you help?  Neither tech support from both companies offered any help!  I purposely 
bought this brand for its simplicity (only keys with 0-9, enter and clear) and its 
display screen so the kids can see what they enter.  I really want this to work!
