To K-12 teachers and librarians looking for books about bullying:

Check out C.J. Bott's The Bully in the Book and in the Classroom published
by Scarecrow Press in 2004.
Bott, as a long-time YA literature advocate and former English teacher
provides librarians with many titles that she features in her chapters
broken down by grade levels: K-3, 4-6, 7-8, and 9-12 and includes a longer
list with short summaries at the end of each chapter that are connected to
these grade levels. She also includes classroom activities and discussion
questions within each chapter should you want to collaborate with teachers
about integrating these books into the curriculum at your school.

ISBN 9780810850484

She also has a website and speaks eloquently and passionately about this
subject!

I've heard her speak at the Assembly on Literature for Adolescents (ALAN).
