My original question;

This turned out to be a bigger project than I meant it to be. It may even
have been a little procrastination as I didn't want to tackle some kitchen
clean up duties.
Anyway, the list is a long one so I have posted it to the LM_NET wiki
http://lmnet.wikispaces.com/. Look on the left navigation pane for the page
Conferences 2008-2009. There is a list as well as an excel file. I would
welcome any corrections but would appreciate it if you would make the
correction on the wiki.
I also made my blog post on the topic which you can read on the AASL Blog;
