Not only do parents and students get our emails, but they also get home
phone numbers. My middle and high school counterpart has never had a phone
call at home. And at times she has practically begged students doing
certain projects to contact her after school for help.

Each 5th grader does a 1 on 1 research project with me during the year so I
have received a couple of questions about that. Honestly our classroom
teachers, at all levels, get bugged a lot more than we do.

Subject: HS: Do you give out your email?

Hello everyone!

I was just wondering how many high school teacher/librarians give out their
email address to students so that they can email them questions? And if you
do, how many questions do you get? Is it very time consuming?

Thanks so much for sharing your wisdom!
