[LM_NET] Community college / academic library collection develop. tool

I have recently switched from being a middle school / high school library to the 
community college level, and I am wondering if there is  collection development 
tool like the Wilson Catalogs that are for academic libraries? Those of you who are 
in higher ed., what are your primary selection tools that use?
