Dear Lori and Karen Please make sure that you examine the T&C of the sites so your staff know the rights they are signing over to the service and whether they have the authority to do this. Many state that you have to sign the copyright over to them (some demand moral rights as well but that's illegal and another issue) and in Australia, at least, only the parent or guardian of an under-18 has the right to do that. Google Docs, particularly, wants to own everything and have the right to distribute it. Some services have lower age limits and specifically state that you cannot use them if the users are not of an age to enter into this sort of contract.
