I didn't get much response for my question of lesson plans to use my Smartboard for high school information literacy plans, searching techiques. I guess I was looking for some exciting/innovative ways that I haven't already used. I received lots of requests for hits, but......, I only got one response, and that is how I currently use my Smartboard. If anyone else has some exciting ideas, please share and I will post a hit. I use mine all the time in the middle school, but I create my own lessons. I use my SB a lot for demonstrating use of databases, modeling information seeking strategies (e.g., searching with keywords), evaluating websites, creating Works Cited, etc. Often it is imply a "projector," but it's a lot easier to use than setting up a projector and screen.
