I feel very lucky to be in my school. Everyone gets a gift at 
Christmas--custodians, cooks, and yes--even librarians. We give the secretary and 
bookkeeper lots of gifts because they take care of us so well in this way and many 
others. And many teachers give out Christmas cards. One even keeps a record of 
birthdays and gives out cards for those. We also have a committee that takes care 
of arranging a pot luck lunch once a month for all of us. It's a wonderful place to 
work! Sometimes it just takes a few people working together to do nice things and 
create a tipping point where everyone starts to be nice to everyone.
