[LM_NET] Share: Sign of the Times?

I assigned ninth graders to select a poem and create a collage of images
that reflect the poem.  I pulled tons of books for them to peruse.  Most
everyone headed to the books except one girl who declared, "You all can
do that Amish thing with the books if you want.  I'm going to use a
computer."

 

(No offense to those of you with Amish friends or family-I'm just
sharing an attitude that I hope doesn't spread much further.)
