[LM_NET] TAR: elem lesson plan with standards

Hello everyone,
I previously requested an elementary lesson plan for genres, including
standards if possible since I am being observed on Thursday and have to turn
in a lesson plan.  I received many great ideas (Thanks everyone!).  However,
none included a formal, written lesson plan with standards.  Since I have
never written one of these, I wonder if anyone has any kind of elementary
lesson plan with standards that they would be willing to share?  I just want
to see the format and wording to get some ideas.  Thanks in advance!  This
list is a wonderful resource for librarians!

Also, I will post a hit on genre elementary lesson plans in a few days
(after my observation).
