[LM_NET] SEC: summer reading for grades 10 and 11

A couple of English teachers asked me for suggestions for summer reading for
their AP students, grades 10 and 11. They want books that are centered in or
based upon a historically significant time period or event, preferably
novels. Here's what I have so far. Do you have suggestions?

Memoirs of a Boy Soldier (Non-Fic, Civil Wars in Africa)

Forgotten Fire (Armenian Holocaust)

Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close (Sept. 11)
