[LM_NET] Query: Elephant Warning

I am looking for a Poem called Elephant Warning by Georgia Heard for a
teacher.  We ordered the book it is published in Creatures of Earth Sea &
Sky for her, but it will not arrive in time for her planned lesson.  

 

Would it be a copyright violation for someone to send me that poem only?
