This is a very easy low calorie congealed salad that will be great for the holidays.
Cherry Coke Salad
1 large 20 oz. unsweetened crushed pineapple
Small sugar free lemon jello instant
Small sugar free cherry jello instant
1 large can drained tart cherries
1 can ice cold diet coke.
Heat pineapple and pineapple juice to boil in saucepan. Turn heat off. Stir in
cherry and lemon jello until mixed. Add large can drained tart cherries. Add ice
cold diet coke. Stir and then refrigerate. May add nuts if desired and top with
cool whip.
