[LM_NET] Recipe: Dip - Cowboy Caviar

I know there have been other recipe's similar to this one already this
morning but the dressing is a bit different on this one and since I am
allergic to the other ones maybe someone else has a similar issue and would
like this recipe better.

 

Mix together the following

1 can pinto beans - drained

1 can black-eyed peas - drained

1 Jar pimento

1 can chopped Jalapenos - drained

1 can green chilies - drained

1 cup chopped celery

1 onion chopped

1 can shoe-peg corn

1 cup chopped green pepper

 

Boil the following until sugar is dissolved 

1/2 T water

1 tsp. salt

1 cup sugar

3/4 cup cider vinegar

1/2 vegetable oil

 

Cool then add to vegetable mixture.

Drain and serve with chips.
