[LM_NET] RECIPE: Mexican Salad

I send this salad so the instruction are written with that in mind.
 
2 gallon freezer bags
 

Day before Cut up the following and store in an air tight container:
1 can Ranch style beans (Drained)
1 8 oz jar Catalina Dressing
1 large green pepper
1 bunch green onions (to equal 1/4 cup)
2 medium tomatoes
 
place the about in a gallon freezer bag.  I lay bag out flat and let contents come 
almost to the edge of the opening.  Seal the bag and them massage the bag to mix 
the ingredients.
 
In the other gallon freezer bag shred 1 large head of lettuce ( I have used the 
store bought bag of salad lettuce when the heads were hard and small)
 
2 cups of grated cheddar cheese.
 
1 small package of regular Fritos  
 
OPTION:     Just before serving brown 1 pound of Lean ground beef.  Mix in.  If I 
am sending the salad I do not put the meat in because it tends to get grease.
 
when ready to serve ( you do not want the lettuce and fritos to get soggy) mix all 
ingredients in a bowl.
 
If I am making this just for my family I store the dressing in Tupperware so that 
it is easy to dip out just enough to make an individual salad.  This will keep a 
week in the Refrigerator.
