When doing a search for the Arlington National Cemetery
http://www.arlingtoncemetery.org/ The site http://arlingtoncemetery.net/ also
comes up but is blocked in our district. I have looked at the website, and
although it is a private website, after a cursory look, I see no reason why
internet filters should be blocking it (maybe I need to look deeper?). The reason
why I'm posting this is to see what you are doing as far as Filtering/blocking of
websites. I think this is a classic example of over filtering.

What about the Martin Luther King website controversy. Does your filter block
http://www.drmartinlutherkingjr.com/ or http://www.martinlutherking.org/ What
about Holocaust revisionist websites? Should we? Where do you draw the line?
Isn't it our responsibility to allow access to varying opinions? What do you
think? How flexible are the people responsible for making these decisions? Who
does make these decisions? Should they be making these decisions? How clear are
your policies on filtering - or do you even have a policy?
