But isn't the point of the display to get students interested in reading what is there....? Isn't it then just a tease if you say "look at these great books!" but then say "you can't read them!" I can see why they would be put off. I would let them take the books vs. not getting them to read anything at all... it may mean changing displays more often but it's worth it to me vs. having them walk out with nothing! JMO...
