We found a copy of the title that was bought from a store. The picture I was
referring to is on the inside back cover of the book. (My librarian that got hers
at Border's must have forgottten that part and their copy was checked out. So we
didn't have that piece of information.) The inside front cover has the same
situation, but different picture that is not as clearly missing half. My Follett
copy has a Follett binding, not a publisher binding. So, I'm going to call back
tomorrow and see if Follett has any publisher binding copies.
