Fellow ATHENanzzzzzzz : please help if you have experienced and successfully
solved the following :
Bulk Deletes have resulted into snags. All but about 17 kids deleted. I have 17
kids who are not deleted. These kids either have : 1. LOST PAID FOR = $0.00
Starting & Current Balance 2. 0 Balance 3. NO fine All 17 kids have NO
books on loan.. altho 1 or 2 may still owe.
I have forgiven fine when possible but the patron won't delete. I can't delete
the title from Cataloging to fix the problem because the book is checked out to a
patron/kid.
Yu can look under patron list remotely to see. the list of names. I did a CLEAR
FINES DETAIL but no success. Ran a BULK DELETE PATRONS no success. The message
under each patron that is a snag says " NOT DELETED - PATRON HAS CURRENT
CIRCULATION"
