[LM_NET] scheduling computers, TVs etc

I am the keeper of our computer lab as  well as all the school cameras, clickers, 
TV.'s etc. How do you keep track of all this equipment? I am trying a Google 
calendar but it looks like  I need a calendar for each separate thing. Too 
Confusing. I would like to hear from other media specialists about all  your good  
ideas for keeping track and checking out equipment.
