Most respondents are surprised it's still around since it dates back to the 1960s,
early 70s.
I couldn't believe the teachers here were still using it. Video case starts "In the
1960s..." I "had to " do the chicken fat dance in jr. high with a very
un-motivating teacher - still saps the energy out of it to remember her countenance.
Thought you'd all like this tidbit - the video case states "approved by Parents
Choice, 1996."
I'm looking to gather reviews from SLJ and other sources regarding OTHER
"exercising" video choices.
