I second what everyone has been saying because in my nine years of running/teaching in an elementary library I experienced all ranges of behavior. One thing to add:I always had "fun" coffee table books for browsing-Where's Waldo, Optical Illusions, puzzle type books. The socializers always gravitated towards those and did not bother others while I was busy helping students with selection.
