Resignation

This message is posted to all of you who are acquainted with The Diector Of
Educational Media for the DeKalb County Schools System in Georgia, Frank
Winstead.
The LMS and Clerks received a letter from Frank this morning telling us
that he is resigning from his position effective March 31, 1994.  He
states, "After thirty-one years of public school service in Georgia, it is
time for me to explore new horizons."
Frank has been a GREAT leader for all of us and a mentor to many of us in
DeKalb for the past 16 years.  I personaly feel as though someone close to
me has died.  I wanted to share my grief with my friends and the
many friends of Frank's on the NET.
