Our kids were not informed of the events of the morning since many of
our parents are employeed by the Pentagon. Our central office issued a
generic statement to the children all over the county. An annoucement
issued over the radio encouraged parents to pick up their children. The
parents who picked up their children were alarmed, but controlled.
I felt that the school system handled it professionally.

It is incredible that such a heinous event could have occured on such a
picture perfect day.

Thank you for the thoughts and prayers that have been sent from the world
community.
