Job description/technology

A second professional will be hired for 9-12 high school, with
specific responsibilities for instructional technology: specifically
accessing information from multi-media sources including satellite tv,
interactive media, cd-rom, internet; will augment present media
specialist and initiate new technology; will help coordinate school
networking, community networking etc.  Does such a person exist?  I
would like some job descriptions from successful operations, and any
