Multimedia reviews now available on World Wide Web
 
 
A collection of detailed reviews of multimedia CD-ROM products for
children and young adults is now available on the World Wide Web. The
reviews are the result of careful evaluations done by graduate students
at the University of Texas at Austin's Graduate School of Library and
Information Science. The information provided includes descriptions of
product contents, interface design, and usability factors. Accompanying
materials and installation requirements are evaluated. Recommendations on
use and intended audience are noted. Reviews from printed sources are
frequently cited.
