HIT -> Follett's Unison

Pretty much all the ideas were the same, which was what I was guessing.
Thanks for all the input!  I feel better about how many items we have
entered now!   Below is the reply I received from Follett Support.

 Dear Linda:

     In the Unison program, the term "records" refers to how many actual
     titles you have in your system.  "Copies" would be how many actual
     copies are in the collection. You can have multiple copies of a
     record, therefore the number of copies is almost always higher than
     the number of records.
