Simulation software

TIA for any suggestions for software that will help 2nd graders learn
about running a business, money, -our 2nd graders will make a product and
"sell" it to others-we would like to locate some new software that will
help them develop a basic understanding of a business.  I remember one
call ed the Lemonade stand that was for Apples.  We use MACS-stand alones_
and would welcome your suggestions of titles.  It would be great if we
could get the software producer's name too.
