TARGET: Managing Technology

I am new to the LM_NET.  I am trying to figure out a way to manage the
security and handling of the CD-ROM disks in the library as I am only working
part time in a small school library.  I don't want the children to handle the
CD-ROM disks as there has already been one destroyed this year.  Our
resources are limited, so handling these valuable resources is a big concern.
 Yet I don't want to limit access to the CD-ROMs even if I am not present.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
