I read an article somewhere recently about job interviews & taking care to always say the negative aspects positively. In your situation, could you say something like, "Interviewee needs to possess many varied skills applicable to non-library responsibilities"? Or something along those lines anyway--so that prospective candidates would "get the picture" while you couldn't be held accountable for saying anything negative. What do the rest of you LM_NETters think?
