Dear LM_NETTERS, I was presented with a multiage class of 1-2 gr. today and told to instruct them with our current curriculum. Does anyone have ideas on handling intoductory skills of alphabetical/numeric(dewey) order with both groups, together? Neither have had skill exposure other than basic identification, yet our second grade library curriculum specifically states that they will practice fiction and non-fiction ordering.
