I don't know if it will help or not but I wrote an article for the fall
isuue of the SIRS newsletter on just this subject ONLINE VS. CD-ROM.
My conclusions are they are both here to stay for awhile. In another 10
years we may even have something newer to take the place of both.
Contact your SIRS rep for copies or I have a few...send a stamped and
self addressed envelope to me though.
