MID: Social stud. text review

Halp! Principal needs "yesterday."

I have been trying for several days to find a review or feedback from
several people on American History, Multimedia Edition , a 2-volume set
put out by Glencoe-McGraw-Hill. I have searched the WWW, tried Marketing
and Sales at publisher, Natl Council for Social Studies in Wash DC, and
am still coming up empty. Any clues? Copyright date: 1997, but it was
sold last summer and so some schools have used by now.
