LM_NET 11/20/98: No Subject

Our middle school's Action Research team must compile research
including statistical data showing whether wearing show uniforms does
or does not affect the discipline and achievement in schools.

I have looked in Electric Library, SuperTom and the Internet.  It is
easy to find articles with opinions but not much "hard data." Do any
of you all have any good sources of information you could recommend
that will give us some statistics showing the pro and cons?

Subject: Microsoft internet problem

This morning's radio news carried an item that Microsoft claims to have
"plugged the hole" and solved the problem that lets unauthorized persons
access systems through their product.  News did not give details on how to
obtain the correction...listen/watch for further announcements if this
affects you.
