Dear colleagues:
I am a library media specialists here in the suburbs of Atlanta,Georgia
working on a budget to present to my Principal. I need some hard figures
quickly for the average price of a book ( library edition ) as well as the
average price of a videocassette for a high school media center. I need the
most current figures and I would appreciate the name of the source and its
date. I thought that I might acquire the information from the downtown
staff development office but I may not get the needed information. I asked
for this information by having the Professional Librarian of this
collection to look in Publishers Weekly or the School Library Media Annual.
In the meantime, I would appreciate any figures that you can provide for
me.
