Sounds like a recipe for lots of hassle to me.  We monitor the student use
pretty carefully and if we feel they are merely "surfing" we don't permit
them to continue.  A sure sign of trouble is when a kid calls over his
buddies to see what is on the screen.  Good luck.  Floyd
