I've been following the Follett thread with interest. Last week I had
been trying for days to install the "patch" for inventory. I called
Follett twice and their suggestions didn't work, so I e-mailed them
Thursday before the holiday. This morning I got a call from a supervisor
who walked me through the entire process, including all the adjustments I
needed to make because of some glitch here--and he gave me a direct
number to call him if it didn't work. It didn't, so I called, got him on
the line (he answered the phone!) and we made one other adjustment, which
fixed the problem. I, for one, am pleased with Follett's tech support.
The book ordering does take a long time, but I've not had any faster
deliveries from anyone else, either. I do hope to try some other vendors
gleaned from LM_NET.
