Fellow Readers, This has been fun refreshing memories. I remember starting out with Ricka, Flicka, and Dicka and Snipp, Snapp, and Snurr. When we moved and I lived 2 blocks from the library, I was in heaven. Went through the Bobbsey Twins, Trixie Belden, Cherry Ames, Nancy Drew, the Hardy Boys, and I remember my first mystery-The Yellow House Mystery. I also remember the orange cover biography books. Now maybe you can help me. There was a series of books I read about two children (a brother and sister????) that were set in different countries. Am I imagining these stories? But I think that is where my love of travel and adventure began and that is why I have lived overseas since 1970! Keep sharing those memories.
