Re: End users are not experts!

I hope this discussion does not turn in to another session of jumping all over
the person posting the original statement or question.  I'm sure Pam thought
it was obvious, and I can see how she felt that way.  The vendor is (or should
be) an expert on her product.  She is hopefully knowledgeable of her
competitor's product.  That information will only be shared with us if it
enhances her product!  But it is the end users who have dealt with the
problems that come with use and repair, and all of us can share our successes
or problems with certain products.  We also can recommend those products that
have been the best purchase for our situation.
