In Pam’s post below, she has obviously “struck a nerve” and has brought about numerous responses already. I would wish that Pam had followed LM_NET protocol and identified herself. Is she a vendor herself? Is she a librarian who had bad advice from an end user? Or just someone who feels that she has a caveat for us all??
