Rather than wondering about the MPLC, go to their website and see
what they have to offer  ( http://www.mplc.com/index2.htm ).  From
what I could see, they offer a license to show videos for
**recreational** or **reward** purposes. The showing of videos marked
for home use only in face to face teaching is allowed under the fair
use clauses. (this has been mentioned many times here. check the
archives).

It looks as if MPLC is both trying to drum up some business and short
cutting any fly by night groups out for your money. Go to the site
and then make up your mind.
